Plan choice
Selecting a plan on Access currently acts as an access request, not an automatic checkout.
Approval
New accounts wait for administrator approval before workspace tools are enabled.
Profile
Profile is where users manage identity settings, avatar, API key, and account-level details.
Password reset
Password recovery is handled through the public login flow.
1. Requesting access
- Choose a plan on the Access Plans page.
- Continue to Register with that plan preselected.
- Submit the access request form and wait for approval.
2. After approval
Once approved, you can sign in, view your Dashboard, update Profile settings, and start using workspace tools that match your current account permissions.
3. What Profile is for
- Display name, contact details, and profile image.
- Workspace AI key storage for your own OpenAI access.
- Account-facing details connected to your current access state.
4. Password reset and sign-in help
Forgot password and reset password both run through the public login page.
