Paderewski Elementary has moved from a decade of reuse proposals to an approved property disposition. The school board selected a development team proposing affordable housing with childcare and youth entrepreneurial programming.
The plan echoes community demands that the vacant Little Village school become an asset again. The next phase must show how much of that promise survives financing and design.
